Cheat Meal?

How about chocolate glazed popcorn, made from our 🤩 Total prep and cooking time is less than 1️⃣0️⃣ mins!

🍫 INGREDIENTS 🍿
For popcorn:
¼ cup popcorn kernels
1 tsp coconut oil

For chocolate glaze:
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 oz dark chocolate
1 scoop OxyWhey Delicious Chocolate lean protein powder

🍫 METHOD 🍿

1. In a medium pot, heat 1 teaspoon of coconut oil over medium heat. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot. As the popcorn pops, shake the pot occasionally and remove from the heat once the popping slows to every 2-3 seconds.

2. Place the chocolate and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high every 20-seconds, stirring thoroughly after each until completely smooth. Stir in OxyWhey Delicious Chocolate protein powder, then pour over the popcorn. Stir until the popcorn is well coated.

Sunday morning doesn't get much better than this! Our Choc Bircher Muesli is hands down the easiest breakfast to prepare, here it is...
Ingredients:
1 Cup Rolled Oats
¼ Cup Shredded Coconut
1 Tbsp H**p Seeds
1 Tbsp Pepitas
1 Scoop Chocolate Vitality Switch
1 Cup Milk (Almond or Coconut)
Method:
• Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl
• Stir through milk, cover and refrigerate overnight
• Serve topped with yogurt, fresh fruit and extra seeds
