Join me in Congratulating these new Reiki 2 practitioners on completing their training yesterday !
This group quite literally played out the balancing and acceptance of the strength of the inner masculine and the intuition of the divine feminine within us all. I know that at times this was uncomfortable but they all dug deep , stayed respectful and got through it and also hopefully gained a deeper awareness of themselves , their perceptions and what’s holding them back..
All of these students excelled at the distance healing element which also allowed them to witness their own abilities to become the “hollow bone” and to get out of their own way and become a pure channel of intuition..
I can t wait to witness them bloom even further after their 21 day integration healing period.

Bio: I have been a physiotherapist for 10 years and have always wanted to support my clients beyond just the physical modality. At one point, my own health was shaped by pain and fatigue. I felt stuck, which eventually led me to breathwork. 

My first breathwork session was transformative. I experienced a deep release of emotional trauma tied to my physical pain and gained clarity on what my body needed. From that moment, I knew I had to learn breathwork to offer the same to my clients. I completed my Rebirthing Breathwork Practitioner training with Embodied Breath Academy in 2021 and have taught hundreds of sessions since then. 

I believe that every person already has the tools within to guide them to better health - their intuition! I love to hold space for people so that they can feel safe to dive deep into themselves, helping them to find the answers they already have.

Why does Reiki 3A exist and who is it for?

Reiki 3A was created by one of the masters in my lineage, Martine Salerno, to bridge the experiential and theoretical gap between Level 2 and Mastership Training. It’s for students and practitioners of Reiki who have completed Level 1 and 2 Training and either want to more fully embody Reiki Energy or become a Master (or both!).

Reiki 3A is also the pre-requisite for my apprenticeship-style Reiki Mastership. It includes TWO full days of training set over a fortnight, with a further hour of integration online Zoom call after 21 days.

During this workshop, you will:
* Deepen your connection to your true, unlimited self as you awaken unconditional love (the key to healing).
* Learn the techniques of a master healer so you can heighten your own healing abilities.

Last nights circle was all about “Honouring the returning of the light “ as we move out of Winter and into the edges of Spring .

It was such a privilege to witness the women who had already shifted so much within themselves through the darkness of winter.
The energy was uplifting - clarity was becoming more and more as our eyes (and our third eyes) become more open at this time of year to welcome in more light .
This circle was beautifully in sync and a perfect tonic as the sunshine ☀️ has also returned to Sydney after a good month of Rain 🌧️ ..

So as we dance at the edge of Spring energy , I invite you also to reflect:

“ What wisdom have I claimed in the darkness of winter ?”
“What seeds of creation am I wanting to sow for this new cycle in my life ?” .
