❤️ We thought we would try and put a post that focuses more on mental well-being of kids.
✨Staying connected with the beautiful kids is crucial during these challenging times where they are isolated from everything they used to know.
Although the kids are currently not in school and Victoria and New South Wales we can still ask them about their day.
🌸What they enjoyed? What are they grateful for? What they would look forward to tomorrow?
💓Practising these daily allows their brain and our own to track for the good in the day, rather than focusing on what we don’t have.
This simple little exercise if done daily will change the way the brain perceives their daily environment, it’ll be grateful for the little moments whether it’s a hug from a parent, or breakfast being made for them, or the game of Uno or colouring in or building blocks together.
💟This will help build stronger bonds with your kids, it’ll help you also by hearing gratitude from the little ones. Be patient, this will take a bit of practice. You may need to gentle point things at the start, but they will get the hang of it and very soon, they will be pointing out things you didn’t even notice.
⭐️ Sending you all love and healing
