+ NOT LOSING WEIGHT? TRY EATING MORE +
If you’ve followed me for awhile you know this is a topic I love to BANG on about and it’s because it’s the NUMBER ONE and the MOST COMMON REASON I see women:
- struggling to lose weight
- feeling hungry all the time
- have no willpower and crave sugar
- feel like crap
It’s they aren’t eating enough for what their body needs but last night I got proof (again) why eating more works!!
The diet industry has told you for years, decades even, for women to lose weight they need to eat less and try restrict diets.
But as someone who has seen the damage that’s been done from this messaging from being in the industry for over 13 years…
Take it from me - your body deserves to be fuelled.
It deserves to be nourished.
It deserves to feel its best.
If you want your body to do everything you want it do, it’s time to start fuelling her like the beautiful machine she is and EAT MORE 👊
