๐ Monthly Challenges ๐
At the start of the year I made a promise to myself that I wouldnโt procrastinate - if I had an idea and need to organise stuff for it Iโd do it right then and there.
Because of that I was able to run all the exciting monthly challenges I always envisioned!
I love running these challengers to help my members:

๐คฉ make (or break) new habits
๐คฉ improve in ALL areas of health
This year, my members were challenged with:
๐ช Increasing their cardio fitness
๐ช Helping hormones
๐ช Improve gut health
๐ช Getting comfortable being uncomfortable (my Favourite one!)
๐ช B+BB triathlon
๐ช Embracing their feminine flow
๐ช Breaking A Habit
Big shout out to all my members for giving everything I throw at you a go and I hope youโve enjoyed the different challenges and events that you might not typically do.
Also big shoutout to all the Member of the Months for putting in the extra work and completing all tasks of each challenge.
