🏁🎬 F1 on the Big Screen!

Over the weekend, I supported one of my clients to head out to the cinemas and watch the Formula 1 and even better, he got to enjoy it with his best friend by his side!

It was a great afternoon filled with excitement, connection, and shared interests. Supporting moments like these helps build social confidence and makes space for friendships to grow through shared experiences.

🚆📸 Saturday Trainspotting in the City!

On Saturday, I had the pleasure of supporting one of my clients on a trip into the city to do something he’s really passionate about photographing trains!

We explored different train stations and he captured some amazing shots. It was a great way to support his interests while also encouraging independence, community access, and doing something that brings him joy.

It’s always special being part of moments like these supporting clients to engage in activities that matter to them. 💛

A few weeks ago, my client and I travelled into the city by public transport to take photographs of local city wildlife and trains as part of a community outing. I supported the client to engage in their interests, practice photography skills, and enjoy outdoor recreational activities.

I supported my client in attending an appointment with a wheelchair company, where he had been waiting several months for a much-anticipated add-on. We’re excited to share that it has finally arrived this is a significant milestone for my client, as it greatly enhances his independence and quality of life.

R U OK? 🌼

Today is R U OK? Day—a day that holds great importance to me, not just for today but every day. I regularly check in with my clients, friends, and family to see how they're doing.

I’ve had my own struggles with mental health, and I want you to know it’s okay to reach out—there’s no shame in asking for support. Often, people suffer in silence, but it doesn’t take much to check in with those around you.

Be kind, as many may be battling mental health challenges or personal struggles that aren’t always visible.

If anyone is struggling, I want you to know that I’m here for support, without judgment. Whether professionally, with loved ones, or even with strangers, my inbox and phone are always open. 🌼

Hope everyone has a lovely day!

CGS ❤️
