This has been the most purchased blend over the past few months.

A great tool to help manage any viruses with the classic common “cold and flu” type symptoms – snotty, congested, coughing, sore throat, body aches, weakness, headaches, fevers & chills. This is one that i never travel without!!

Homeopathic ingredients: Arsenicum Album 200c, Aconite 200c, Belladonna 200c, Hepar Sulph. 200c, Bryonia 200c, Pulsatilla 200c, Bacillinum 200c, Penicillium 6x

All homeopathic support blends are liquid and come in an amber glass 25ml dropper bottle. They are all hand made on site at Wholistic Health headquarters (aka our clinic in Sunbury) and contain 5 drops of each homeopathic preparation, 7 drops of flower essence stock and 10 drops penicillin 6x where used, plus 90% distilled water and 10% of medicinal ethanol (so very safe for even babies and pets).

Nux Vom 30c

Nux vomica or poisonous nut has a tradition of use for symptoms related to over-indulgence, overwork, sedentary habits, night watching, shift work, travel, and at times when the body clock is upset. It is a great liver remedy helping to drain and purge the liver from toxins making it the ultimate “hangover’ remedy. So if you have a big night out with the gang it is great to take a dose before sleep and upon waking but also for just any conditions from an excesses of food, alcohol, coffee, drugs (including anesthetics and pain killers) or mental stimulation where you feel hung over after.

I have also used it a lot for baby constipation especially when moving to formula or solids - and despite what the doctors are saying these days newborns and babies should be pooping multiply times a day, if they are not try this remedy!!

NOTE: I prefer to use Nux Vom in a 30c potency as it has a great effect on the physical body, however i move to the 200c for more emotional conditions.
