Happy International Yoga Day 2025
One Earth One Health
Being human is the miracle of being part of the natural world. We are, in fact, nature.
Just as nature changes with the seasons, so do we. We therefore could think of ourselves as the microcosm (a small replica ) of which is all around us!
One Earth, One Health is a wonderful way that we can cultivate more awareness about supporting our own health and the health of the planet!
Yoga is definitely an integral part of this process, as it gives us the opportunity for space to contemplate, reflect and bring light to our awareness. Yoga can help to reduce the external noise and our mental ramblings, creating some stillness, inner peace, which then leads us back to a deeper understanding of ourselves and where we can make positive changes to improve our health and our environment that we live in.
