An afternoon of divine practices to reset and rebalance your body, mind and soul.
Join me for an afternoon of therapeutic yoga practices, mindful macrame and crystal crafting, nutritious lunch (with recipes to take home!) and closing with an immersion of breathwork and sound bath meditation.
This is a retreat for those of you who may have never practiced yoga before and also for those students who may have had years experience 🙏

Learn from the foundations of Pilates principles to get the most out of your workout.
Beginners are encouraged to attend our classes!

When you learn pilates principles and how to execute some of the classic exercises you can then adapt those into more dynamic and integrated exercises and feel strong, confident, motivated to live your best life!

Yin and Sound

Yin yoga is a combination of floor based restorative stretches (all levels welcomed) accompanied by a soundscape of music, mantra and sound healing.

Tuesday, now at 8 am

Hatha and Yin Yoga

A class combination of Hatha yoga in a form of slow flowing movements followed by some long held stretches on the floor to promote mobility, relaxation and body/mind wellbeing

Friday at 6.15pm

Happy International Yoga Day 2025
One Earth One Health

Being human is the miracle of being part of the natural world. We are, in fact, nature.
Just as nature changes with the seasons, so do we. We therefore could think of ourselves as the microcosm (a small replica ) of which is all around us!
One Earth, One Health is a wonderful way that we can cultivate more awareness about supporting our own health and the health of the planet!
Yoga is definitely an integral part of this process, as it gives us the opportunity for space to contemplate, reflect and bring light to our awareness. Yoga can help to reduce the external noise and our mental ramblings, creating some stillness, inner peace, which then leads us back to a deeper understanding of ourselves and where we can make positive changes to improve our health and our environment that we live in.

Take a few minutes each morning to stretch your body.
You see how naturally animals stretch when they need it. They don’t plan a sequence 😂they move in a natural way knowing organically what they need to do.

For us, a side bend, a gentle twist and a small forward and back bend might be all you need to release tension in your body…
And of course, if you’re not sure, come to a class or two and experience some stretches that you can then do at home at any time :)

After such a positive response to our Yin Yoga 4 class series… I will be offering another 4 week block starting on October 9th - 30th

I was thinking, it is going to get lighter in the evenings in October and what a nice way to finish the evening as the sun sets ☺️

If you’d like to continue or you missed out on the last series, it is now on the schedule and ready for bookings. And.. the best thing is that you can use your existing passes for this class!!
