Sunday October 26th.

Likely to be my last group class for the year.

🤱Are looking to be more educated about birth? Are you a first time mumma or a mumma looking to do differently this time?

👨‍🔧My goal is for you and your support partner to walk away excited, more knowledgeable & with a tool box full of ideas on what to expect from your birthing day.

🏥We cover all avenues birth can take, not just a quite natural birth.

🧠You will learn how to use your body, brain and hormones to help you work with your baby on one of the most intense days of your life.

🏋️‍♀️Birth is the equivalent of a marathon so why not do some training for it.

💖Partners love knowing how they can actually help, and this course will give them loads they can do to help along with more understanding on what's actually going on for mum and bubs during this time.

Postpartum yoga with Kate was how I started to build my village, it was towards the end of covid and Kate was one of a few things I could get out and do. It's now built into a lovely Friendship not only for us but our beautiful daughters.

Move forward 3 years and I've now convinced Tully to start doing some yoga in the privacy of our home (with no judgement on his lack of flexibility). I know Kate's online class with help him with his knee rehab, and to improve my mobility and coordination.

Gas and Air

Nitrous Oxide (also referred to as “the gas”) is a combination of oxygen and gas.

This is a good starting point if all your non pharmaceutical pain options are no longer helping.

You will use a mouthpiece with a tube connected to the gas bottle to breathe in the gas to the lungs.

Ensure you take a big hit of it as you feel the surge coming on, not when its most painful (which is where more people go wrong).

Its quick acting and quick leaving, so if you don’t like it then its simple to stop it.

You may not need it at all during your labour but might consider using it if you require any stiches downstairs.
