How do you rest… Not just sleep, but let your whole being rest??

It’s so special to offer a space for people to rest in; taking practices from Yoga, Breathwork, and somatic exploration, supporting you to find ease in your whole being
This was a 15 minute practice of my own (waterfall pose is a favourite of mine, thank you !), but sometimes I just take three intentional breaths, a body scan, and let my wriggles out; a quick rest and reset 🔀
For some people I hold this space for 30 minutes, for some people I hold this space for 90 minutes. Sometimes there is movement, sometimes it’s just stillness… Every session is different, and created intentionally for you ❤️🔥
