Breathwork - taking conscious control of your inhale and exhale 🫁
Why? The breath is the bridge between the physical body and the nervous system; so when we consciously breathe, we impact not only our physical health but our mental health too!
I am feeling so full of gratitude, inspiration, excitement, awe, the list could go on!
There are simply no words that could possibly describe the 5 days I was lucky enough to spend with Timmy and Jac from , , , and 19 other incredible beings whose paths I was lucky enough to cross
I won’t go on and on about my time or experiences for now, but I’ll happily share if you’d like to know more!
