Sun exposure is down.
Make that make sense.
We’ve been told to fear the sun for decades—
Wear sunscreen every day.
Avoid midday light.
Stay inside “to protect your skin.”
And what happened?
🔺 Skin cancer went up.
🔺 Autoimmune disease exploded.
🔺 Mental health tanked.
🔺 Hormones flatlined.
🔺 Chronic illness became the norm.
What if the real problem… isn’t the sun?
What if the problem is the way we live disconnected from it?
Your body was designed to thrive in natural light.
Not LED bulbs.

Not blue screens at midnight.
