Training hard is important β€” but recovery matters just as much.
Stretching after exercise helps release muscle tension, improve flexibility, and reduce soreness.
It’s the key to staying pain-free and performing better next time.

✨ Take a few minutes to breathe, relax, and realign your muscles.
Your body will thank you later.

Here are a few great stretches to try after your workout:

1️⃣ Hamstring Stretch
How: Sit or stand with one leg straight and the other slightly bent. Reach toward your toes.

2️⃣ Quadriceps Stretch
How: Stand tall, bend one knee, and hold your ankle behind you. Keep your knees close together.

3️⃣ Calf Stretch
How: Face a wall, step one leg back, keep your heel on the ground, and lean forward gently.

4️⃣ Glute Stretch (Figure-4 Stretch)
How: Lie on your back, cross one ankle over the opposite knee, and pull your thigh toward your chest.
