I am 63 years of age and have been coaching women on fitness strength and nutrition for the past decade. I have competed in Triathlons, Half Ironmans, Body Building, Touch Football, Soccer, and many other Fun runs and Obstacle courses. I have been into fitness and health all of my life and am determined to spread the word to women going through menopause on how to lose weight easily and effortlessly through proper exercise and nutritional foods.

When you start on a fitness journey it can be overwhelming but with consistency you can do almost anything. These pics are 6 months apart and consistency in my training and my nutrition has been the key to my success. As a PT I had just let myself get complacent and after hurting my back had been doing just enough to stay at about 25% body fat. But I made a decision that my attitude had to change if I wanted to help others do the same. It’s not easy but it’s definitely worth it. How can I help you do the same ?

Just because we get older doesn’t mean we have to look or feel older. And I am talking about keeping strong and fit and healthy. As a woman who is now 62 I can tell you it’s so important to train with weights and to eat healthy nutritious foods to stay looking and feeling good. Weight training not only keeps you lean but it changes your shape and strengthens your bones and as women this is so important for our independence and sense of well being. Don’t stop making healthy choices just because you are getting older because it’s now when it really counts ...have a great day
