Let's talk about the truth behind massage therapy and posture! 💭 While massages can feel amazing and provide relaxation, they may not be the best solution for improving posture. 🚫🙅‍♀️ Studies have shown that massages alone may not have a significant impact on posture correction, as they do not address the underlying muscle imbalances and postural habits that contribute to poor posture. 💆‍♂️

I have to be honest. I never thought too much of a curve in the spine of the low back was a problem. But Rick Olderman, Super Physical Therapist, has convinced me it is often the source of low back pain. One simple cause. Tight hip flexors-pulls on your pelvis and arches your back.

Almost all Back Experts recommend this exercise. Commonly known as cat/camel it gets the spine and pelvis moving and lubricated. Do 10-20x daily. Directions below.

So simple to correct but can be devastatingly painful if you don't (especially over time). I can't recommend this enough. "lift the phone, don't drop your head!"
