Good Morning Beautiful Soul,
Happy self-care Sunday card pull!!

The card for today is: I have choices.
I don’t have to be stuck in something that no longer fits. I have choices. always.

Such a poignant card. I was speaking to my hubby just recently about this very thing. There is literally choices for every aspect and moment in life.

One of the many constants in life is our ability to choose exactly how we want our life to shape. So if you know what you want, make choices that align with achieving that. If you have no idea like I struggled with, then perhaps to set in motion a goal to just find the feeling you are after. My goal was to find joy and unconditional love.

We are the decision makers of our own life and it starts with finding what makes you truly happy in your authentic self. Healing yourself is no easy feat at times but its so worth it, when you can create the life of abundance that we all deserve.

Happy self-care Sunday card pull!!

The cards for today are:
1. A new day; a new start
Its ok to fail. Everyday is a new start and I will treat myself graciously.
2. Embracing my beautiful soul
Being true to myself is the biggest gift I can offer myself and others. I embrace my beautiful soul, and show it to the world.

These two cards have certainly made an impact in my life at the moment. I love that they remind us that nobody is perfect and we are all just doing the best that we can in the moment. Reflection is so crucial about remembering to be loving to yourself when we slip up is more important.

When embracing your authentic self, its important to remember the good things that we did today and finding love and praise for ourselves in these moments. At the end of the day we are our biggest critic or complementer, so why don’t we make these thought processes more positive ones. Confidence comes from self love. So let’s give ourselves a little bit more love, and shine our light bright.

I love how this card encourages you to be exactly who you are and where you are right now. Breathe into the space of knowing that you are doing the best you can with the tools that you have and give yourself just a little bit more self-love today. You deserve it. Always remember that you will shine the brightest when you were filled with joy and love. So let’s celebrate you !!

The fifth chakra is the Throat chakra which is all about speaking your truth and creating deep connections with those around you. It's so important to take what resonates for you and leave the rest. If you are drawn to a particular chakra that feels out of alignment, make conscious efforts to focus on that space to get you back into alignment.

Opening the heart chakra when things in your life feel hard can be challenging, and although it has been suggested the life should always be happy and love filled, the honest true is that growth can’t happen without change, which often brings challenge. So what do we do? Try and soften in the hard moments and know theres always different perspectives. We are all made from source energy which is pure unconditional love but our own rules and limiting beliefs can get in the way. So showing compassion to the hard things and only responding when clarity and perspective come, can support your heart chakra to open.
