♥️☺️Often we become stuck in a negative self talk pattern.
We play the worst case scenarios over and over until we believe that that is the only possible outcome.
And we might not know what else to think.
Below are a few really helpful suggestions.
The first one, ‘I don’t need to solve everything right now’, is excellent.
This can remove some of the pressure we might be placing on ourselves.

We need to be reminded that no state we experience is permanent.
We are constantly changing and evolving and life moves in motion.
Recognising that nothing is permanent can help us cope with difficult situations and emotions and know that change can bring about more positive outcomes.

♥️☺️ It is vital to our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing to avoid living in a fearful state.
Fear lowers our vibration, it vibrates slower and can consequently feel dense and heavy.
When you are in a state of fear it can be difficult to access mental clarity, creativity and higher vibrational states.
Living in this lower vibrational state can actually attract more of this lower, heavier vibration.
The fear response activates our bodys stress system, to immediate danger, to release hormones that prepare us for fight or flight.
This hormonal state is not meant for long term and over time can lead to emotional and physical distress.
Recognising and processing your fears can help you release them.
When we understand the effects of fear on our vibrational body we can begin to create change.♥️☺️

OM is a sacred sound and symbol that represents the past, present and the future in completeness. It encompasses everything, is the focus of ultimate reality and reconciles everything in this World and the Universe .

Humming OM creates a vibration within our body that is actually beneficial to our health.
Humming Om activates our Vagus nerve which allows us to become calm and reduces stress levels.
Humming OM creates a vibration which engages our parasympathetic nervous system which in turn shifts the body into a restful state.
Humming OM increases levels of nitric oxide which enhances blood flow which relaxes blood vessels also improves respiratory health and clears nasal congestion.
Humming OM lowers stress hormones like cortisol boosting our immune system.
Take a breath and hum out OM,,
A beneficial practice to do when exercising or relaxing or while driving.
The benefits are many and it feels lovely also.

♥️☺️Don’t make each day a battle ground of control.
There is so much peace and calmness in simply allowing life to flow.
When we believe we have to control every moment of our day and every person in it we create such tension and stress and if this is a constant state we dwell in it will lead to dis-ease !!!!!
Start by letting go of something small, feel into that, then add something else and begin to see where other areas of your life don’t need to be held so tightly in place.
Notice when you feel the urge to control situations, understand that these feelings often arise from feelings of fear and anxiety.
Letting go of the need to control can reduce anxiety and bring about a sense of peace.

♥️☺️It’s no secret I’m a lover of rituals.
I have created many, starting when i first wake up through to going to bed at night.
Rituals play an important part in creating structure, meaning and a strong connection to ourselves and to others.
A ritual is a structured sequence of actions and or words that hold significant meaning to you.
They are an excellent way to hold gratitude and respect in our daily lives and to show honour to yourself.
You can create a ritual around the simplest task and create meaning through it.
When we first wake up it’s beneficial to have a ritual that can help set the tone of your day.
Just as this below is a beautiful ritual you could say each evening when you are going to sleep.
To create a habit of a ritual I like to put something in place to remind me of what I want to say.
Begin to create your own special rituals, actions and words that are particularly meaningful to you.
It’s also a beautiful way to honour yourself and your place on Earth.♥️☺️

♥️☺️This is why resting and spending time alone in quiet space is so vitally important to our wellbeing.
When we are constantly busy, always doing, filled with noise, we miss the vibrations we need to connect in with.
Take time each day to connect back in to what our brain, nervous system and body knows, connect into the beautiful vibrations around you.
There are so many messages in the vibrations around you.
Begin to feel into what is around you.
Connect into your own vibrations, do this on a daily basis and it will become easier.

The ego,, a well functioning ego allows for adaptability, self awareness and resilience.
When the ego is unbalanced we may experience emotional instability, defensiveness or an excessive focus on approval from others.
The ego is crucial for maintaining a balanced personality, helping us navigate our desires, morals and reality.
Understanding the egos roll in our life can aide in our personal development, and our emotional wellbeing.
