♥️☺️Often we become stuck in a negative self talk pattern.
We play the worst case scenarios over and over until we believe that that is the only possible outcome.
And we might not know what else to think.
Below are a few really helpful suggestions.
The first one, ‘I don’t need to solve everything right now’, is excellent.
This can remove some of the pressure we might be placing on ourselves.
