I love Borage Oil. Hard to believe that the tiny seeds of this beautiful plant contain such a powerful healing oil. It is well known for its high gamma linoleic acid (GLA) content. This fatty acid can help reduce inflammation, which is why I add it to our Chamomile Cream. It is a wonderful soothing, healing cream excellent for dry, sensitive and irritated skin. Also safe to use on Baby Skin and frail skin of elderly.☺️

Arnica is one of our favourite herb to help reduce swelling and inflammation. We use a herbal extract to make a wonderful Arnica Cream that can be applied topically onto painful areas. It is excellent for sports injury, speeds up recovery, and helps with general aches and pain by reducing the inflammation. We also get great feedback using this beautiful Arnica cream for headaches.
