This morning I had the absolute honour to guide a group of men through a Reformer Pilates class at Moffat Beach.

It was truly beautiful to be in the space with a group of good men showing up for themselves, stepping outside their comfort zone and supporting each other.

Feeling very grateful for the trust they placed in me and for the opportunity to be in their energy.

We also had a bunch of laughs and felt that Pilates burn 🔥
