Pure joy right here…… I have a physical reaction in my body when I prepare my cacao. I can feel my body exhale and a touch of anticipation as cut from the block and the aroma is unlocked. It wasn’t always this way, often I was rushing and didn’t pick up on the subtle signs my body offered me. Tell me, when you slow down - what do you notice? It might not be about cacao, anything - what subtle messages do you receive when you slow down?
