🏡 SUPPORT WORKERS WANTED – SIL | Sunshine Coast 🏡

Enriched Lifestyle Services is seeking experienced and reliable female Support Workers to join our team across our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes in Little Mountain and Sippy Downs.

We are looking for team members who are calm, compassionate and confident working in a shared living environment, supporting participants with their daily routines and independence.

📍 Locations: Little Mountain & Sippy Downs
🕒 Shifts: Various (including day, evening & sleepover shifts)

This role would suit someone who:
✔ Is reliable and consistent
✔ Has a calm and supportive approach
✔ Is confident working independently in a SIL setting
✔ Can build rapport and maintain professional boundaries

Essential:
• Experience supporting people with disability (SIL experience highly regarded)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

SUPPORT WORKER WANTED – Sippy Downs

Enriched Lifestyle Services is looking for an experienced and reliable Support Worker to assist a 9-year-old Down Syndrome boy in Sippy Downs.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with children and is comfortable supporting a very active, energetic participant.

Shift Details:
📍 Sippy Downs
🕘 Monday & Thursday
⏰ 9:00am – 1:00pm

Essential:
• Experience supporting children or young people with disability
• NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow card)
• Working with Children Check (Blue card)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Energetic, patient and engaging personality
