I’m not saying body building is bad. I include bodybuilding into my programs but becoming fu**in “massive” isn’t the primary goal. The goal is to be jacked and athletic to thrive at everything you do in life..

Unless you are getting onstage for a bodybuilding show, training purely like a bodybuilder will inhibit your performance in sport 👎🏼 Many people miss other important components of training that can have a drastic effect on their sport and their life 📈

Becoming too ‘big’ can be detrimental to your movements. It can inhibit your athletic ability and hold you back. Yes, your likely to be strong as f**k in the gym but, how well can you run.. how well can you jump.. how mobile are your joints? unless you are including these aspects into your training, your ability move athletically will be tarnished. You can still build muscle and move like an athlete.

Anyway each to their own… 😁
