I purchased my TM5 Thermomix in 2016 after a friend convinced me it was the best thing since sliced bread. She was so passionate about how wonderful it was and how it made her life in the kitchen sooo easy. She said it almost washes itself up. (well these days the TM6 really does) I rang her consultant and bought one without even a demo. Well it's the best thing I have ever done! My love of cooking and creating HEALTHY WHOLESOME FOOD for the family was ignited all over again. The Thermomix made it so easy and fast! No more packaged food! No more hours in the kitchen! I haven't stopped cooking and trying new recipes on the Cookadoo recipe library ever since. I live and breath Thermomix and I strive to share my passion with everyone to cook fresh healthy food in this amazing machine. I now have the new model the TM6 and am loving it even more than the TM5 (if that is at all possible). It is my smart connected kitchen that I would like to inspire everyone to see in action and eventually have one in their own kitchens, to enjoy fresh, healthy, delicious meals created with the push of a button.

Do you like to make dishes with local seasonal fruits and vegetables?
It’s strawberry 🍓 season ATM and I made this delicious salad 🥗 today yto take to my daughter Emily’s place for lunch. We all loved it!! Yummy!! 🤤 I forgot to take a photo 🤔 if you haven’t made it, YOU MUST!! The dressing is amazing!🤩

After camping for 3 weeks, it’s great to get back to my thermomix and enjoy cooking fresh, delicious, healthy meals made from scratch again.
These Pine nut and current rissoles were a huge hit tonight with leftover Potato bake from last night. (Thermomix Cutter)
So quick and easy as usual. Love my thermomix!! 😊👌

What have you been cooking?

Our dinner tonight was ‘Lamb Saag’ (Noni Jenkins)and it was as good as going out to an Indian restaurant!!

This is a very easy delicious curry bursting with flavours and definitely a keeper! ✔️🙌👍

Have you tried the thermomix cutter? It’s amazing! It grates and slices, thick and thin.
We made this delicious salad at a demo yesterday’Beetroot carpaccio’ and everyone loved it. The dressing was so good too!!
My host improvised with the carpaccio and made a homemade cultured cheese that tasted like halloumi.

A yummy dinner tonight imported from Recipe Community.

Definitely make again as it was quick, easy, tasty and yummy!! 😋

I decided to put it in the oven for 10min with Parmesan on top after I’d completed the recipe, but not necessary.
I served it with steamed vegetables in steaming basket (cooked while meatballs were in the oven)and some pasta. 👌🥰
