Thrilled to be providing exceptional massage treatments from a new clinic location this March at My Performance Health.

Beyond grateful for the continuous community support from CrossFit Contessa, where I started my baby biz just over five years ago.

Expanding soon to join the brilliant team at My Performance Health feels wonderful and I am excited to share the new space with you in a few weeks.

There is some availability at my current location at the gym - come book in and treat yourself to a coffee afterwards. I’m looking forward to seeing you here, and then there at MPH.

Settling back into the clinic now, easing my way into a full workload again. Feels good to be back in this space after those couple of months overseas.

I'll get some posts up on the ol grid in time (in case you missed the adventures in realtime stories). Trust that it was all an incredible experience, and taking in the Paris Paralympics was one of the best highlights of this lifetime!

Thank you to everyone who was there with me along the way and to those who have been patiently awaiting my return to clinic. I appreciate you all.

Three weeks until we’re on the next flight, for the next job, at the next big event! I’ll be joining the Paralympic Swim Team in France for their pre-Games training camp, assisting with all their sport massage needs.

We’re heading back to Chartres! Great times were had there last year before going on to Manchester for the World Championships. I can’t wait to do it all again and see the Team off to the Paralympics this year! I might not be working the Paris Games but I will be there as a spectator, soaking it all up and cheering my little heart out. !

A few updates to share soon! I’ll start with what I consider the ‘bad news’ first…

For many businesses, rising costs for operators lead to rising prices for valued clients.
I don’t like it either, and you know that I don’t take this decision lightly.

Come July there will be a change in prices, and GST will be included in the service fee.
This will cover my bases and increase my capacity to offer you my best in these changing fortunes of time (...a line from the ).

I encourage you to hop online and book in all the future appointments you want, to lock in current pricing. Get in there and snag as many preferred treatment times as your forward-thinking self can imagine. Spots are limited… more on that later. ✨️ (it’s what I consider the ‘good news’).

Fantastic time at the AUS Olympic & Paralympic Trials in Brisbane last week, with the most excellent QAS Therapy Team. Absolutely loved working in such an elite atmosphere - what a treat! Beyond grateful for the experiences gained while witnessing so many Games dreams come true. ✨️

Thrilled to see quite a few of my regulars qualifying for their 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th Paralympic Games! Congratulations to everyone. Go Team!

Great times on pool deck at AUS Nationals! Teamed up with the Queensland Academy of Sport to treat some of the states best swimmers this week. Australian Open Championships was full of highlights!
