Call out to all my water snobs 💦

You know who you are.
You are probably like me
did some research of what’s in our tap water and stopped drinking it years ago.

I thought I was a water snob for years
drinking bottled water & cask water 🥴
until I was introduced to electrolysed reduce hydrogen rich water 💦
and I invested in a K8 for our kitchen
(well originally it was for our caravan as we were travelling fulltime around Australia when we invested into our health)
which has been a total game changer
and it’s so much more than just drinking water.

Now I am definitely a water snob.

As a Personal Trainer for over 23 years
I started with a Brita filter and after some research quickly decided to stop drinking tap water 🤢
I moved to bottled & cask water and thought they were my best options.
Then I did some more research and worked out they were not great options

Once you become an entrepreneur you have only two outcomes ….

1. you keep going until you eventually succeed
2. you give up before you do 🥴

That’s it!

What I see so often is people opting for outcome 2
because they aren’t willing to do the work, to pivot, to get uncomfortable, to stay the journey.

I’m personally choosing outcome 1.
I’m choosing to stay the path and focus on the journey.

We get to decide what success is
We get to move the goal posts.
We get to grow and expand.


We all know that being an entrepreneur can often be a lonely ride.

Today I started in a 6 week high level container
with 1300 other entrepreneurs
all with massive visions and missions.
We can make a much bigger difference when we are surrounded with others for support

GOD’S DESIRE IS FOR US ALL TO PROSPER 💰

As a woman stepping more into my Faith
I am intrigued by the biblical perspective on wealth and prosperity.

I have found throughout my years that wealth and prosperity are topics that often spark debates and misunderstandings
so crippled by societies conditioning and programming
riddled by scarcity & fear.

When we delve into the pages of the Bible
we can uncover a profound understanding of God’s intentions for money and how it relates to our lives.

There’s no denying that money has always played a significant role in human society
and it is no different in the Bible.

In fact, the Bible contains numerous references to money, wealth, and financial matters.
From the Old Testament to the New Testament, we find stories and teachings that illustrate the importance of money in the lives of God’s people.

One of the most well-known passages regarding money is found in 1 Timothy 6:10, which states, “For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil.” This verse highlights the potential dangers of money when it becomes an object of obsession and greed.

However, it is crucial to understand that money itself is not inherently evil.
It is the love and pursuit of money at the expense of one’s relationship with God and others that can lead to harmful consequences.

God does not condemn wealth and prosperity.
In fact, throughout the Bible, we see many instances where God blesses His people with abundance and prosperity
because that’s what He desires.

However, it is essential to recognize that God’s intentions for wealth go beyond mere accumulation and personal gain.

God desires that His children use their wealth and prosperity to bring about positive change in the world.
He calls us to be good stewards of the resources
He has entrusted to us, using them to bless others and advance His kingdom on Earth.

This means that wealth should never be viewed as an end in itself but rather as a means to fulfill God’s purposes and impact the lives of those around us.

This morning I had the most magical clearing done from a beautiful woman who felt energetically called to reach out.

She informed me that she had been guided to share that I was here to do great things
yet ancestral curses where limiting my progress.

She asked me if I was ready to remove these to step into my true potential and do the work I was called to on this planet.

STRUGGLE IS SO PREVALENT RIGHT NOW 😕

Let’s stop pretending …..

there’s not too many people I know who haven’t experienced struggle at some point.

Unfortunately too many of us ignore it
and continue running from pain, suffering and struggle
hoping that it will go away or improve.

I’m not just talking financially here either.

Struggle, pain & suffering can affect any areas of our lives.

Let me tell you
I’ve been there.

We do all have a choice though.

To stay stuck
To run
or to own where we are and face it head on!

For the past 5+ years I’ve been absolutely dedicated to looking for solutions and doing the work to improve all areas of my life.

It’s been a journey that I continue to navigate.
I can certainly still hit rough patches yet I am able to identify them quickly, gain awareness and pivot.

Totally understanding that they’re lessons and opportunities to learn.

I can’t even imagine 💔💔

To hear this news of heartbreak for one of my gorgeous girlfriends this week has sent a wave of disbelief throughout our business & local communities.

Tragedy struck when her little twin granddaughters lost their lives in a car accident. 😢

It’s times like this that we kind & caring people get to dig deep.

Unlike the weather
we get to choose what season we are in

Going to the edges ….

this is exactly what Kelsey Layne Little is continuing to do whilst teaching so many other women (amd men) to do the same 💫

Tears ran down my cheeks this morning during the most amazing activation crafted and spoken by this amazing mentor of mine (I’ll share more on that later) ….

It all started with the question
Who are you?

Nothing in business matters until you really connect deeply to who you are!

None of the strategies matter if you’re not activated in the content you’re sharing.

When you’re so connected to yourself, your purpose and your vision
you don’t have your ask anyone permission to be yourself.

Before I found this industry
I honestly had no idea about "personal development" or that I needed it 🥴 …
that’s been the best journey of all.

People go through their whole life
feeling a certain way

and too afraid of pursuing their dreams.

This breaks my heart
and it is my passion and mission to help so many others break through their own limiting beliefs

When we work on ourselves and our limiting beliefs

They were distilled in us from a young age
