Hi team,

I've decided to close the studio for the Christmas and New Year period this year.

⚡Friday, December 19th will be our last class for the year.
⚡Classes resume Monday, January 5th

For those that are around, there might be a couple of "pop up" classes... I'll keep you posted

**SCHEDULE CHANGE**

Just a heads up, the studio will be closed from September 15th to 17th. We're taking a quick trip to Tassie for a little getaway!

Normal classes will resume on Thursday, September 18th.

Tuning in to what your body is telling you is a game-changer! 🎧✨

At S17, we're all about pushing ourselves, but we're even more about listening to our bodies. Some days that means giving it all you've got in a high-energy class, and other days it means taking it easy with a stretch and mobility class, or lighter weights and focusing on just moving our bodies.

Remember, rest and recovery are just as important as the workout itself. Be kind to yourself 🥰

Mobility is about having the ability to move freely, without restriction or pain.

Incorporating dedicated mobility work into your routine, alongside your Barre classes, is a powerful combination for a healthier, more resilient, and more capable body.

If you haven't tried our Wednesday morning mobility class, we highly recommend it!
