Truth 2 - EBV can compromise nearly every single structure and function in the body!
This is how and why EBV creates so much disconnection and dysfunction in our mind, body, and soul, leading to hundreds of associated health concerns.
Again 95% of the world's population has the EBV virus.

The power of this virus is to go undetected in the body for years, even decades until the signs and symptoms are too big to ignore; by the time a person realizes that Epstein Barr is the underlying cause of their health concerns, it is a huge and complex process to reverse and heal from.
You see, everything in the body is interconnected, and when one structure is compromised, another structure will try and compensate.
Creating a compounding effect of years, even decades, of imbalance.
EBV creates a path of destruction in the body, starting in the liver, as it will compromise your liver detoxification pathways (Hence why Detoxes can be dangerous), then it compromises the lymphatic system, which is the key structure in healing and detoxifying the body.
As EBV feeds on toxicity and stress, it essentially creates the perfect environment to multiply itself, all it needs now is for the immune system to turn a blind eye to it, so EBV can continue to spread throughout the body...
When heightened stress, trauma, or any other illness occurs in the body, it requires the immune system's support.
This is the opportune time for EBV to spread to other glands and organs in the body.
The next stop is the thyroid, which is responsible for producing hormones that regulate the body's metabolic rate and processes, although it does so much more than that...
The Thyroid takes long-wave frequency from the hypothalamus and pituitary glands and then links them with the higher frequencies of the larger organs.
It monitors these frequencies and adjusts them when needed
When the Thyroid is compromised, it can't monitor the body's frequencies properly or hold higher vibrational states.
You see, we are energetic beings, and our body needs to be in the correct vibrational frequency and polarity to be in optimal health.
Working with this virus for years, I have found that it is capable of compromising every single organ and gland in the body.
The last stage, but most damaging of all, is when it crosses the blood-brain barrier and inflames the whole central nervous system.
This is the most important system in the body, as it is the master control for everything else. At this stage, EBV compromises nearly every single structure and function in the mind and body, which ultimately leads to serious illness and disease.
This is why in Truth No.1, I have to heal a client from years & hundreds of layers of deep survival stress in all glands, organs, systems, and structures for the Mind and Body, to even understand how it can support itself to heal from EBV.

I don’t think we find it, we have to give it to ourselves…
It is a dance, learning what works and what does not…
Life changes, and so do we. At times, life can become so busy with commitments, some unavoidable and others taken on without a thought to the compounding effect it has on our lives.
Just like a plane, it does not just set its destination and arrive, it must continually course correct.
I think of balance in this same way…
At times, I seem to get it right... then just as easy… I step over the mark and need to reassess commitments and choices to constantly give myself what I need.
But the biggest component to finding balance and keeping it… is knowing what it is that I need… what is important to me and those around me and what is not…. and with this, saying no becomes just as important as saying yes. ❤

MEET - 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘁
Carol's journey into healing and transformation spans nearly 30 years. Through various courses, therapies, coaches, and self-discovery, she has continually pursued personal growth. Each week can feel like a constant rollercoaster of stress, pressure, and noise as you juggle family life, work, and everyday responsibilities.
You put in the effort, pushing through your daily limits, yet often find yourself running out of energy to perform at your best.
Even when you finally get a chance to rest, your body still feels heavy, your mind is preoccupied, and your emotions remain on edge.
This is what happens when you’re constantly caught in the three stages of Adrenal dysfunction:
1️⃣ The first stage is 𝘼𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙛𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙜𝙪𝙚. Your body registers that your adrenal glands are tired, and so it will signal the body that it needs time to rest so it can heal and repair itself.
2️⃣ 𝘼𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙚𝙭𝙝𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 - This is when you ignore all the signs that your body needs to rest. You feel like this is a better place to be. You've increased your energy, you thought you're getting better, you push harder, work harder. This is because our body overproduces cortisol and essentially masks all our symptoms, so we can push through. Now you're compromising your immune system in a slow decline towards illness and disease
3️⃣ 𝘼𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘽𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙩 - This is an awful place to be. As the body can only overproduce cortisol for so long, you experience mental breakdowns, anxiety, panic attacks, and all of these things..
