In short: The farm contractor sustained serious injuries during an incident involving an excavator, at a Macadamia farm, on Tuesday Dec 10th, 2024. He later died at Sunshine Coast University Hospital. What's next? Workplace Health and Safety Queensland and police are investigating the incident. In short: Haydyn Charles Grubb, 26, died in a workplace incident in March 2020 at the Kalgoorlie workshop of engineering firm Monadelphous. The company pleaded guilty to failing to provide and maintain a safe work environment in which employees were not exposed to hazards. What's next?
