Everyone screaming Perimenopause close to 40! But is it really?
Or is it....
❌️The stress we put ourselves through?

💚Gentle Movement go for a walk
💚Drink more spring water
💚Add more vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, wholefoods, good fats like coconut oil & avocados, good proteins not the processed stuff. Take out packaged food bit by bit.
💚Drink water not soft drink
💚Reduce sugar!

✅️Invest in events that help you grow, relax, have fun, connect with other like minded people.
✅️Get tested to see what's going on
