Everyone screaming Perimenopause close to 40! But is it really?
Or is it....
❌️The stress we put ourselves through?
❌️The trash chemicals we put on our bodies?
❌️The junk instead of fuel for our bodies?
❌️Toxic environments?
❌️What we surround ourselves with daily
❌️Stuck energy/memories/trauma

There are MANY over lapping symptoms to many things that can happen to the brain & body. And they pile up!

But things are hard. Where do I start? I don't have $$.

Well doing something is better than nothing.
If you don't start to change it will only get worse. Trust me I've been there!

💚Find online info for free on how to better your diet, what you pit on your skin, chemicals in the home.
💚Learn online it's at your finger tips!
💚Free Meditation & Yoga online
💚Gentle Movement go for a walk
💚Drink more spring water
💚Add more vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, wholefoods, good fats like coconut oil & avocados, good proteins not the processed stuff. Take out packaged food bit by bit.
💚Drink water not soft drink
💚Reduce sugar!

This was the live blood analysis from Detoxhouse at my last appointment. Blood is flowing much better.
✅️Do what they say you'll get better results
✅️Eat better quality food grass fed, free range, organic if possible.
✅️Take time out to reset. Rest more. Till your body can cope.
✅️Invest in events that help you grow, relax, have fun, connect with other like minded people.
✅️Get tested to see what's going on

Nothing changes, if nothing changes 🙏
