You might wonder why Dr Lucy Randall works just 2 days a week at our Buderim clinic. It’s because she has a variety of other roles, including her Director duties at Ninox Health and being on the Board of, and marketing lead for the Australian Society for Psychologic Medicine. These roles keep her connected with organisations that can assist GPs and patients and helps to ensure that we stay at the cutting edge of medical care.
This week I’ve been representing the Australian Society of Psychological Medicine (ASPM) at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners annual conference alongside Dr Naomi Rutten and Dr Stephanie Pommerel (pictured)
ASPM connects, supports and advocates for GPs who have an interest in mental health work, and provides training for GPs, by GPs.
We worked alongside the Inside Out Institute, Australia’s national eating disorder research and clinical excellence institute, including their GP lead Dr Karen Spielman.
