UMEBOSHI PLUMS🥢
Japanese salted plum-umeboshi can be used to treat stomach disorders, stimulate kidney and liver function, purify blood and expel toxins. Umeboshi plums have a natural antibiotic action and are good for children. They contain high levels of vitamin C and can be used in the dietary treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.
The Japanese have consumed umeboshi plum for many years, where it is traditionally believed to aid digestion, increase saliva and cure head and toothaches.
Researchers have identified a bio active compound: extracted from the flesh of the processed umeboshi plum, which they claim may be beneficial for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis and hypertension

• Green Tea contains a very high value of catechism polyphenols that have antioxidant properties that are known to fight cancer.
• In addition, green tea provides polysaccharides, flavonoids, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C.
• There is more vitamin C in one cup of green tea than in an orange, Vitamin E, R-Amino butyric acid and fluoride in its natural state
• Green Tea can help reduce the risks of oesophageal (the tube through which food passes from the pharynx to the stomach) skin and many other forms of cancer, mainly by its high significant antioxidant properties (National Cancer Institute 1-800-4-Cancer)
• Can help to lower cholesterol and cuts the risk of stroke in men (American Medical Association)

It’s a good source of Calcium and is magic for the LUNGS and Stomach.
