A wee little rebrand as I look to what 2026 may bring 💃

My vision is to help everyone find their own flow and confidence in nourishing their bodies.
My goal is to help and guide those overwhelmed by information overload and contradiction, to nail the foundations before venturing into the deep science and hacks, reduce lifestyle dis-ease.

I've been MIA for a wee bit! 2024 has been a bumpy start but I've decided to make lemonade instead of dwelling. I'm dusting myself (and the rest of the family) off and getting back on the wagon 🙌
I'll be making an effort to show more of what I do as a Nutrition and health coach to keep Team Jones at the top of their game 💪.

In the mean time enjoy the beauty of this Protea that showed up in the garden this morning 😍

🙋 Hands up if sleep deprivation is your jam. its a drag and makes life 10000% more irritating, frustrating and overwhelming . I've spend many years on broken sleep and a fair few were spent trying to sleep in those awesome hospital fold out "beds". It sent a ripple affect through my day to day life, my perception of my daily life, a rapid decline in my care factor and attitude towards even the simplest things in life. It was the thief of joy in my life.

Getting some kind of sleep back in my life amazed me when I saw the shift in the tide and my joy returned.
Lacking Joy? forgotten what joy is? I get it and we can find it for you🙌

Having a creative outlet doesn't have to be paint, wool or paper and pencil. Being creative looks different to everyone and can be different in every season of your life.
You might enjoy gardening, the satisfaction of a new bloom coming through and a vase full of fresh cut flowers. It might be a bountiful harvest in the veggie patch or even just the delight of birds gathering in the tree you tend to... Spending time on something that grows and brings you joy! Find what sparks joy and tend to it! 😘

Hello hello Sunday!!! Who's prepping food for the week ahead 🙋 if you don't already do a little prep work on your Sunday, I highly recommend you try and add some in. Monday you will thank Sunday you 🙌
Today I turned excess spinach into pesto and excess beetroot into hummus 👌
Condiments are so versatile, spice up a sandwich or wrap, add to a Buddha bowl, mix in with some pasta or for carrot and celery sticks. They are also a great way to up your veggie count without trying 💃

And for those playing at home... Chickpeas (in the hummus) are a great source of.... Yep Protein 💪

It's a Saturday craft-anoon 🙌 creating is something I started doing in the early days of our Oncology season of life. It filled my cup, broke up what was a crap day and took my mind off all the "what ifs" running through my head.
Without my creative outlet his transplant (or as we called it, his Dr holiday) would have been extremely difficult to mentally get through.

Find your outlet, your way of switching your brain off and just being.
