With this cooler weather I’m now warming up the studio for slow yoga to keep us toasty 🥰 I highly recommend some cozy socks for the evening sessions! An eye pillow and warm blanket are also great for shavasana ✨
Slow yoga is a beautiful variety or yin and restorative poses… we slow right down, and delve deep within 🫶🏻
Slow yoga is offered on Monday and Thursday nights 5:30-6:45pm, beginners to experienced yogis all welcome 💗
