Well wowee! And just like that, it’s been ONE whole year since The Wise Mind Co. launched!. Super grateful to everyone who has supported us throughout the year! To my wonderful clients and their families, to my supervisor, my extended work colleagues through redefine recovery DBT, stakeholders, and wonderful network of fellow PRC and SC and support services I get to work with ~ thank you 🙏 😊

And that’s a wrap! Thank you STEPS Mental Health Maroochydore for having me facilitate your first DBT group! It has been a fun 24 weeks! So proud of our participants for their commitment and growth over the past 6 months! And Thank you to my co-facilitators for your support and making me feel welcome and part of the team! Now what am I going to do every Monday? 🤔😂
