✨ Support Worker Position – Mature, Experienced & Reliable ✨To start asap

We are seeking experienced support workers to join our team, providing high-quality support to clients with a range of needs.

🔹 About the Role
You will be supporting clients with:
• ASD
• ADHD
• Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
• PTSD

The role includes personal support, community access, and light housekeeping tasks as required by the client.

🔹 Client Preference
The client has expressed a strong preference for a mature-aged support worker who is calm, patient, and understands complex needs.

🔹 Essential Requirements
• Certificate III in Individual Support (or higher)
• Blue Card
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Experience working with neurodiverse clients and people with complex conditions
• Reliable, professional, and committed to person-centred care.


🔹 Pay Rates
• Weekdays: $50 per hour
• Saturday: $65 per hour
• Sunday: $75 per hour
• Public Holidays: $90 per hour
• Travel time: $0.70 per km

🔹 What We’re Looking For
• Someone trustworthy and consistent
• Able to maintain professional boundaries
• Willing to assist with some housekeeping tasks
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently
