We Are Hiring: Registered Nurse | Sunshine Coast to Gympie

Sunshine Coast Nurse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a permanent part-time /casual capacity, providing clinical nursing services across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding communities.
This role services suburbs from Aura through to Gympie. Client allocations will be tailored to the successful applicant’s residential location. Our client base is SAH and NDIS clients
About the Role
The successful applicant will deliver community-based clinical nursing care to NDIS and community clients, maintaining high standards of professional practice, documentation, and client-centred care.
Essential Criteria
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Minimum five years’ nursing experience, or
Background as an Enrolled Nurse with recent clinical currency and progression into a Registered Nurse role
Demonstrated clinical competence and sound decision-making skills
Capacity to work independently within a community setting
New graduate Registered Nurses with a strong enrolled nursing background and recent clinical experience are encouraged to apply. Mentorship and structured support within community nursing services will be provided.
Desirable Experience
Wound care, chronic wound
Community nursing experience
Male and female catheterisation
Indwelling Catheter (IDC) and Suprapubic Catheter (SPC) insertion and management
Ongoing indwelling catheter care and troubleshooting
Remuneration
Above award wages
Motor vehicle allowance included as part of the remuneration package
