Allen Care Services Sunshine Coast

A support service that listens to you and advocates for you and your needs first and foremost! This plan is tailored to the participants needs.

Allen Care Services was started in March 2020 by Charlene and her friend Rachel. Charlene is a registered nurse who is also a mum of two children with disabilities and saw the need for a company to listen to participants individual needs and to support them in the ways they needed to be supported. Allen Care Services is a provider who prides themselves on listening to participants and advocating for them in any way we can. We work closely with Plan Managers and Support Coordinators to ensure this is possible. Our Sunshine Coast Branch opened in July 2022 and is run by Michelle, who is a registered teacher primary and early childhood teacher and mum of two children and a stepchild who live with autism. Our lived experiences combined with formal training and passion for seeing others succeed makes us the great provider we are today. Our new participants are offered an individually tailored meeting with our management team who will assess their needs and discuss a plan for the best way to meet their individual needs and NDIS goals. Management then matches a support worker from our team and offer the participant a meet and greet. We aim to match qualifications and personalities of our support workers with our participants successfully.
