We're searching for a support worker who is calm and confident and has a heart full of empathy. If you're a proactive problem-solver, a team player, and always open to learning, you'll fit right in. We need someone who is flexible and genuinely passionate about self-development.

You'll be working with clients who experience:

• PTSD

• ASD (Levels 2 & 3)

• Behavioural Challenges

• Cerebral Palsy (CP)

• Mental Health Diagnoses

• Intellectual Disabilities

• Schizophrenia

What You'll Need to Join Us:

✅Blue Card

✅Yellow Card

✅Current First Aid & CPR Certs

✅Completed online NDIS Modules

✅Certificate III in Individual Support (preferred)

✅A reliable car and a current driver's license

Hi all support workers 👋

We are looking for support workers who are qualified as personal trainers and who are passionate about working with teenagers and young adults to help them thrive in life through holistic health sessions

You would be running specific pre-programmed plans for participants in a gym or outdoors to empower each person to thrive in life mentally and physically 😊

There will also be the opportunity for community access as well for the right person.

We are driven and motivated to provide life changing experiences with a high level of support and are only looking for team members who are coachable, lead with integrity and are genuinely passionate about making a real difference in particpant's lives through holistic health practices 🧘‍♂️🏃‍♂️

A requirement to join our team is our onboarding training which focuses on cognitive behavioural therapy, functional breathing, holistic health practices and safeguarding training for clients and team members and Ideally, you are passionate about creating a safe, supportive and inclusive session 🔋

If we don’t allow ourself to be challenged in certain times through activities that help create a higher stress tolerance, we may soon find ourself struggling with having a low stress tolerance..

We believe that every participant is capable of more and we encourage fun activities that help each person reach their full potential and the more exposure they have to new fun and challenging activities, the more each individual will thrive and be less affected in future stressful situations.

Did you that by implementing just 5 minutes a day into practicing mindfulness or following a meditation you can improve your emotional regulation to handle more stressful situations in life.

It can can be hard for participants to handle stressful situations in life as sensory challenges may be present, anxiety may be high or moods could be difficult to manage if a person is triggered in certain circumstances.

Our goal is to help participants to become more regulated, less stressed and more support in thriving in their day to day life.

We value giving our clients more than just an A to B service, our focus is on providing support to NDIS Participants who are looking to ease their anxiety, stress, depression and improve their confidence with taking on each day feeling their best with holistic health services to bring out the best in each client every day 😊

We work closely with each participants team of professionals to help create a structure of community access that really allows each individual to thrive through activities like yoga, meditation, day to day task management, surfing and through our in house training we equip each support worker with information on cognitive behavioural therapy, functional breathing, high level customer service and so much more 🕺🏻
