✨Pelvic Health Physio Support After Caesarean Birth✨

Recovering from a caesarean is more than just letting the scar heal - your body has gone through major surgery and deserves the right support. 💛

At our clinic, our Pelvic Health Physiotherapists help you safely recover, rebuild strength, and feel confident in your body again after a C-section.

We can support you with:
• Scar healing and mobility - dry needling & cupping in clinic
• Core and pelvic floor recovery
• Pain around the scar, abdomen, hips or back
• Safe return to exercise
• Postural and lifting strategies for new mums
- mums & Bubs Pilates

We do offer dry Needling and cupping, which can help release tight muscles, reduce pain, and improve circulation around the abdomen, hips and lower back.

Your recovery matters - and you don’t have to navigate it alone. 🌿

🌸 Pessary Support at The Pelvic Health Physio🌸

Did you know a pessary may be an effective option to help manage pelvic organ prolapse and some types of urinary incontinence?

A pessary is a soft silicone device placed inside the va**na to support the bladder, uterus, or re**um. By helping provide support, it can sometimes reduce symptoms such as heaviness, pressure, bulging, or bladder leakage.

✨ our team works closely with your GP, Gynaecologist and Specialist Doctor to support your pelvic floor health and work collaboratively to find the most suitable option for you 🤍

👩‍⚕️ At The Pelvic Health Physio our senior pelvic floor physiotherapy team provides pessary fittings, education, and ongoing support. We work with you to find the right type and size, and guide you on safe use and care.

💬 If you’re experiencing pelvic heaviness, a va**nal bulge, or bladder symptoms, you’re not alone-and support is available. Speak with a pelvic floor physio or start the conversation with your GP, to see if potentially a pessary may be an option for you to consider 🤍

ENDO AWARENESS MONTH 🤍⭐️
🧘‍♀️Pelvic Pain & Exercise with Endometriosis💪🏽

March is a time to raise awareness, share knowledge, and support those living with endometriosis and pelvic pain.

At our clinic, we’re passionate about empowering people with Endo to reconnect with their bodies through safe, supportive exercise and movement. When exercise is pain-informed and guided, it can help rebuild confidence, reduce fear around movement, and support long-term pain management 💪🏽⭐️

Movement isn’t about pushing through pain - it’s about learning how to work with your body.

Exercise can help by:
✨ Reducing fear of movement
✨ Encouraging self-management
✨ Supporting pain levels
✨ Improving overall quality of life

With the right support, supervised exercise can play a powerful role in helping people with endometriosis build confidence in their bodies again.
Let’s keep the conversation going this Endometriosis Awareness Month 🤍⭐️ reach out or chat to our Pelvic Floor Physio’s & Exercise Physiologist for support!
