The best tan is a fake one 🥸 why? Because the alternative, which is overexposure to UV rays, causes premature ageing, burning, hyperpigmentation, loss of elasticity, cataracts and melanomas. That’s a hard pass from me 🙅🏼‍♀️

My top tips for anti-ageing from your local beauty therapist (a.k.a me!)

- Wear SPF daily, and yes! Even when working indoors.

- Opt for a moisturiser with Hylauronic Acid

- Apply Vitamin C serum in the AM

- Apply Vitamin A serum in the PM (retinoids - go low and slow with introduction)

- Incorporate EFA's/anti-inflammatory foods/antioxidants e.g. green tea, olive oil, fatty fish (salmon), nuts, avocados, eggs, pomegranate, berries

- Sleep on your back (to reduce mechanical compression)
