We are a creative enterprise for people with a disability or mental illness to express themselves and contribute to their local community. Our goal is to provide a safe and productive space for people to enjoy regular workshops with the hope that they can eventually make their own money and contribute someway to the community. Workshops include but not limited to; Theatre classes, woodwork, Art, cooking, job interview preparation, friendship events, fitness classes, yoga/meditation, music therapy, printmaking, small business training, work experience, art exhibitions, furniture restoration, candle-making, fashion design, sewing, ceramics, social events and upcycling / repurposing items to reduce landfill and negative effects on the environment.

A friendly reminder of our closure dates over the Christmas period. We are soaking up these last two days with you all before we put our feet up for a couple of weeks. Come say hi/bye, and don't forget - MATES OR DATES tomorrow afternoon for a little festive celebration and to send off the year together.
