Autumn 🍂
This was an active carpet python that visited in the weekend.

I could smell it and didn't take too much notice as the smell reminded me of eels ... , however, now I am aware of their smell I will be more diligent. It's typically Australian as it wanted to sun-bake up in the top tree. Enter snake catcher stage right to remove and relocate 👍🐍. She moved fast and without fear.

This speaks of coming changes in a good way.

Looking at it face-on was not a nice feeling so many different aspects to this one.
Neither is looking at our hidden selves nice.

A clear reminder that nothing is ever hidden, we need to approach it without fear but with Love. Love will always change the outcome.

More big changes to come. XO

Life...

When you are busy doing something else and you turn around

LIFE...
Happens...

Beauty is seen in more ways than one.

To me, it's like a setting sun...it shows up and performs like artistry on a canvas spread out before me.

This canvas continues to change every minute of my life until...

The light eventually ✨️ will go out in front of me...

That does not mean I go out, only what is before me now will change...

I won't jump to that yet..let me soak up this life I have before me and everything in between

Life...

DOORS CLOSED!
MASSAGE SPACE CLOSED!

I have now moved residence, and returned to a space I belong and align to.

Another chapter closed and another has begun. I find it all amazing how this life sincs together.

I've not had a door completely closed before another will open. It all kind of falls into step as I let go, clean up and share an experience past.

Not looking back but reflecting on the blessings I received when once in that space.

My new space is uplifting, bright, breezy and beautiful 😍

A new grounding, foundational, growing, and learning. Or is this remembering 🤔

Divinely orchestrated. Grateful 🙏🏼

I LOVE THIS ANALOGY:

You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.

Why did you spill the coffee?

"Because someone bumped into me!!!"

Wrong answer.

You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.

Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.

Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.

Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled.

So we have to ask ourselves... “what's in my cup?"

When life gets tough, what spills over?

Joy, gratitude, peace and humility?

Anger, bitterness, victim mentality and quitting tendencies?

Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.

Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation, resilience, positivity; and kindness, gentleness and love for others. 🤗

When I reflect on how I helped my clients feel more at ease and peaceful 🙏🏾💕

This client was so gracious. She would come to visit me at her sisters home after I finished homecare cleaning in the country. At this time she wasn't able to drive far so I would put an hour aside for her massage and do a makeshift on the bed.
