Before I incarnated, my soul really said:

Card 1 — The Mystic / The Machine

Mother’s Day.

Today, I want to take a moment to honour not only my incredible mother but also the woman I’ve had to become through motherhood—and the many roles I’ve learned to carry.

I became a mum at 21.
Since then, I’ve experienced almost every version of what it means to be a mother.
I’ve parented through a DV relationship, been a full-time solo mum, navigated shared care, experienced loss, stepped into the wild journey of a blended family of seven, and returned to newborn life again as a whole new person—ten years later—with my beautiful baby girl, Willow.

Each chapter has asked something different of me.
Each version of motherhood has shaped me in ways I never saw coming.

I’ve held my son through cancer. I’ve started over and over. I’ve loved through exhaustion. I’ve had to let go of ideas of what family “should” look like.

And I’ve kept showing up—with love, with fire, with softness, with trust and with truth. Even when it was messy. Even when it hurt.

It’s raw. It’s real. It’s a lot. But it’s mine and its f*king beautiful.

Today, I pause to honour myself and to honour every mother reading this. I honour my incredible mother who has been there through it all, who gave me this life to experience and our ancestors who carried and endured the pains, who brought the gifts of being a mother and the deep deep indescribable love that comes with it.

No matter what your journey looks like—whether it’s smooth, complicated, painful, blissful or brand new—
You are seen.
You are sacred.
You are not alone.
And you are doing a Fan-f*kin -tastic job.

Here’s to all the women who mother in a thousand different ways.
Here’s to all the love we give that often goes unspoken.
And here’s to the strength we carry—quietly, endlessly, every single day.

There are many of you that already know, but for those that don't, there will be a new little addition coming soon into my family ♥️♥️
Already in that 3rd trimester 😲

This pregnancy itself has been life-changing in so many ways for me, mentally, physically, emotionally, and energeticly.

I've had to relearn so many things, what's important, how to slow down and listen to what I really need, how to let go of current 'identity' how to release the labels, how to nurture myself with kindness, how to surrender to so many changes, within me and my buisness and to also experience being able connect with this little soul in such a magical way. Even telepathically. It has been such a life changing experience that I'm so grateful for it. She has been even helping with the healings I'm doing, which have been the next level amazing! Yes, it's a She!!

So with all this, I'm comfortable and feeling really in the flow of what is, and what will be. So what this means for my business is a makeover. Always for the better. 💕💕

So here's the updates with that. ✨️✨️

August will be my last month for in person bodywork.
* spots filling fast if you'd like to book in.
September will be coaching/energy work/ ancestral healing/ womb healing energeticly.
These will be either online or in person. Bub is due late September or early Oct. I will then be having some time off but have some exciting offerings/courses launching online!! As well as a whole rebrand! After that, I will see what the universe unfolds for future offerings.
