The foundation of my practice combines the physical with inner emotional and spiritual journey. I combine and share a range of holistic practices in order to assist you on your unique personal journey, be it to overcome your challenges, to improve your body/mind/spirit connection, to heal, have deep transformation, to break current and intergenerational cycles or just to simply reset, rejuvenate and be held in the most sacred container. I aim to create an experience that will not only make you feel extreme relaxation, love and nurturing, but to also help with deep transformation and improvement for your mental, emotional, physical and energetic bodies. I pride myself on being able to create space for my clients to feel held, open their hearts to love and to feel supported while being brought back to optimal health and happiness.

This work isn’t something you casually step into.

Working with the womb means working with:

• the physical body
• the nervous system
• emotional layers
• sometimes even generational stories women carry

It requires real training, deep presence, and a reverence for the stories the body holds.

The Spirit Womb Healing Practitioner Training is a 4-day in-person immersion on the Sunshine Coast (30 April – 3 May) where I teach the exact approach I use in my own client sessions work that honours the womb across all layers of a woman’s experience.

Inside the training you will learn:

• womb and fertility massage
• abdominal bodywork
• rebozo womb wrapping & closing the bones
• yoni steaming practitioner training
• trauma-informed touch
• energetic and ancestral awareness of the body

This training blends hands-on bodywork, emotional holding, and energetic healing so you can confidently hold womb healing sessions for your clients.

Because mums don’t just carry babies.
We carry households.
We carry emotions.
We carry the mental load.
We carry unspoken grief.
We carry ancestral patterns we swore we’d break.
We carry the pieces of ourselves we didn’t have time to feel.

And in the middle of all that carrying, we lose parts of our soul… our voice… our body… our magic.

This is why womb healing.
This is why ancestral clearing.
This is why shamanic energy work.
This is why ceremony
Because it gives mothers back the parts of themselves they had to abandon to survive.
