Our gym is so much more than just a place to train or keep fit. Itโ€™s a hub where friendships form, support grows and community thrives. Itโ€™s where people of all ages and backgrounds come together, not just to move but to connect.

The gym has over 45 active volunteers who have and continue to give their time, energy and passion to support the gym in so many ways. Every contribution, big or small has helped build a stronger more connected community. ๏ฟผThank you to all our volunteers! ๐Ÿคฉ๐ŸŽ‰
