After an acquired brain injury, what does progress really look like? For many people living with ABI, progress is often found in the small everyday wins — building routine, preparing a meal with support, communicating needs more clearly, or feeling more confident at home and in the community. The important question is not only, “Are the support hours being filled?” A better question may be: Are the supports helping the person build confidence, routine, communication, and independence in daily life? At The Good Companion Australia, we provide personalized NDIS disability support with employed carers, thoughtful matching, and coordinator oversight.
