DRY BRUSHING

This is an Ayurvedic technique having been practiced for thousands of years.

TECHNIQUE:
Take 5 minutes before your shower, 2-3 times per week to focus on your skin.
Use a dry natural brush to lightly stroke the skin, in upwards motions, towards the heart.
The abdomen requires a circular clockwise motion, which will also assist in digestion.
The face can be lightly brushed, which may assist with exfoliation and acne prevention.
