I may have taken my time getting here, but after 5.5 years, I'm back doing something I love

Shameless post workout selfie. 5 years ago I was at the gym by 6am 5 days a week busting my butt to loose weight, build my strength, run harder and faster. These days I'm happy if I'm feeling well enough to get to the gym. Walk or run a little on the treadmill and do 2 or 3 sets with our without weights. Dosen't always matter when or how you turn up, just that you turned up and did your best 👏💕

5 years ago today I had my first seizure that lend to a life changing diagnosis and many life changing events. Although I was back in the gym a couple of months ago, a few of life moments slowed my progress but today I was back at it 🏃‍♀️🌺 -love

While I didn't get the ALL clear from the Big C today, my latest MRI is still showing no changes which mean still no more chemo and life is great. Sending love and gratitude 💕

Every warrior needs a bit of art. This one is a representation of my battle. With a scheduled MRI on Friday results on Wednesday I'm hoping this will mark the end of my journey with the Big C and the beginning of living to the fullest knowing I've beaten one of life's biggest challenges 😀
