I also should introduce myself 🤗 I am Candace the being behind all creations in this space, I work as a psychic/ medium, channel of higher consciousness, light weaver & energy healer, body worker and midwife within home birth space & lactation consultant and so much more 🧚🦄🌀

This is a heart led business with offerings that are created with my own unique frequency and connection within myself and to the divine 💫

I have outgrown the old and ready to step into 2026 with complete refresh to emulate l my offerings which are in service of deep heart healing.

My beliefs around perineal massage isn’t that this isn’t the greatest tool to support your perineum in stretching.. in truth it is way more nuance than 1 tool.

✨ Firstly if you tear how amazing your body created space for your baby to enter the world and then heals

✨Learning how to release the pelvic floor muscle in pregnancy is powerful for creating space and elasticity in the perineum. It also is a powerful opportunity to explore the emotions held and expand into feeling safe to release, let go and surrender

✨ There is also the unique nature of your body in the sense genetics, skin elasticity and diet that also come in to play.

I see it more as a Yoni Connection & exploration.

You could also explore it in pleasure rather than the view of a mechanical exercise to do… but rather an exploration of your body and what is held emotionally as you explore different parts.

It is very sad truth this is the lengths that you have to go to in order to navigate systems that don’t honour women’s autonomy.

But in truth the lengths that it appears we need to go to in Australia in order to not be punished for respecting women’s autonomy.
