The best secret of how to protect your energy this Christmas…

Is that you don’t have to!

Often you don’t realise how often you are choosing to step outside of your own energy and alignment and into other frequencies and energy

This is draining as then you are not in energetic alignment, but then you often blame others for what you choose to do

This isn’t to call you out but more to shine the light on what is happening at a subconscious level and so then you can take full responsibility for your own frequency

Staying centred in your own energy is how to stay in harmony within your frequency and thus the protection narrative is somewhat of a negation of full responsibility over ourselves

But‼️ By no means does that mean you should be in toxic environments ❌ not all

This is about being in places that are outside our usual comfy safe zones

We all innate gifts and wisdom we are here to share with the world

Our unique connection and wisdom is meant to be shared to support the collective as it is all important.

We have a society that has been built upon dogma and we are saying it still play out incessantly everywhere because it is so ingrained in our society.
This is also absolute mindset of this is the one path and all the others are wrong.

Actually what is more true is that maybe something in that narrative is really supportive but only 1 piece of the puzzle.

What I am calling in for 2026 is that we just speak freely about our innate and unique gifts and wisdom we hold.
And that we recognise we need different unique people to support us on our journey in life.

I am calling in that we step away from dogma and step into co-creation 🫶

For me I deeply honour my gifts and deep wisdom with the unseen and energy.
I recognise my innate gift to deeply feel energy and to interpret it for others to understand.
I feel deep connection with the unseen, spirits and consciousness of higher frequency.
I honour that I am here to share my gift and bridge between 2 worlds, the unseen and this physical reality.
I deeply feel I am able to see within another’s soul and reflect back your light with love.
