Training isn’t just about getting into shape.
Trainig is about mindset, resilience, determination, motivation and most important SELF LOVE ❤️.
Getting into shape is just the icing on the cake.
Our bodies and minds need struggle , it helps us adapt and overcome challenges in life.

I often get told I look like I’m between 32-35 years old, and I truly believe weight training has a lot to do with staying youthful.

I’ve been training since I was 16 years old, I’m turning 44 this April.

I have a huge passion for training people and helping them transform their bodies and minds. Mindset is a huge part of transforming your body 🙌🏽

I take a holistic approach with my clients, it’s not just about training and the foods we eat but also about changing mindset and finding that inner power we all have.
As many of you know I suffered nearly 20 years of eating disorders and have gone through a lot of trauma in my life so I understand mental and emotional challenges and how we can turn our pain into our greatest power 🔥

Tue 6th Feb 9.15 or 10.30am
Wed 7th 12.30pm
Wed 14th Feb 9.15, 10.30, 12pm or 1.30pm
Thursday 15th Feb 10.30am
Fri 16th 9.30 or 11am

More available times week starting Monday the 19th February.
