There is a moment many women reach quietly.
Not because life suddenly becomes too much.
But because they realise how little space they have left inside themselves.
They’re still showing up.
At work.
At home.
For their children.
For everyone who relies on them.
And then something small happens.
Maybe they snap at their child.
Maybe they feel tears coming and can’t explain why.
Maybe they notice the tension in their body that never really leaves.
And the thought appears quietly:
“I can’t keep doing this like this.”
Many capable women are trying to carry modern life with nervous systems that have been operating under constant load for years.
The work I hold helps create the capacity to carry life without collapsing under it.
