Visualisation is mental fitness.
Treat it like training — sets + reps.
Not fluffy “positive daydreaming”… an active skill you build.

Structure matters 👇
🧠 Anchor it to 3 key times
• Morning (prime the day)
• Last thing at night (wire it in)
• Pre-training / pre-event (perform on demand)

Expect a bit of friction early.
Confusion, frustration, messiness — that’s normal.
Chaos always comes before clarity. Stick with the reps and it sharpens.

Visualisation works best with a clear protocol, not random effort.
