What’s f$&ken wrong with you lot?

There is a belief that Major dissatisfaction in business, groups, teams & organisations comes from the fact we are all different as human beings, this causes incongruence, disharmony, and challenge.
I would argue it’s not the differences it’s the disconnection!
When a team is connected they handle TENSION, they thrive in pressure, and can navigate any of life’s f**kery, or other teams, businesses, or groups f**k fests because they are aligned, in harmony and congruent heading in the same direction.
Give me different people any day over disconnection, I’ve experienced both at high levels and I know which one I would take

Fear isn't a threat; it's a signal.
1. Catch it ( Nod your head and acknowledge, I’m overwhelmed, stressed peaking out, and say YES! This changes physiology, and psychology ) if you don’t you open the door for maladaptive responses ( sweaty palms, increased heart rate etc, avoiding said task )
2. Check it ( Mind where your mind goes ) tell yourself BE WHERE MY FEET ARE, press your toes into the ground 6-10 times this puts you in the moment NOT in the anxious future, or the scary miserable past

Basics 🙌
Pushing hard in life requires recovery. Charging only works if recovery is equally to the amount of effort you’re putting in.
It’s the old fitness theory of equal parts stress equal parts rest ( Sprint 100m in 20 secs, rest 20+ sec ) Great metaphor.
So Sleep, nutrition, movement, and non-negotiables like family time become critical during stress, not optional.
When life gets harder, the basics matter more, not less.

External motivation breaks down when things get tough, but identity and purpose keep you moving. If your “why” isn’t meaningful, consistency collapses.
You need a clear understanding of the reason behind your struggle—knowing what you’re pushing for is what helps you endure.

SOLVE ANY PROBLEM 💥
If an individual carries a problem, they also carry the seed of its solution. Kidlins Law reminds us that when you write a problem down clearly and in great detail, it becomes half solved. Clarity shrinks the monster. What felt overwhelming becomes something you can name, examine, and work with.

The same truth shows up in the medical world: an accurate diagnosis is half the cure. Doctors know that once you truly understand what you’re dealing with, the path forward becomes obvious.

So when life feels tangled, start by defining the knot. Put the problem on paper, strip it down to the facts, name what you feel, and describe what’s actually happening. In doing so, you begin the work of solving it—because solutions reveal themselves to those who seek clarity first.

STEP ONE =>
Give yourself 10-60 min of silence and no distraction
STEP TWO =>
Be very specific about your problem and write it down
STEP THREE =>
Don’t go anywhere until you have written 10-20 solutions ( the last 10 take the longest, though I believe because they are deep in the unconscious, they present the unknown, and make it known

The Client is ALWAYS the expert, if they have a ‘problem’ they also have the solution.
STOP LISTENING TO EVERY OTHER F**K$&, a mentor of mine shared the greatest quote, one that is the corner stone of my professional career.
“The quality of your life is determined by the quality of the questions you ask YOURSELF or educated & trusted OTHERS”
So stop listening to everyone else, you already know.
We keep asking for advice.
Acting like we need someone else to tell us what to do, we actually don't.
We already know the answer.
We knew it before we asked the first person.
Before we created the pros and cons list most of us never finish.
We knew.

But knowing scares us
Because knowing means deciding.
And deciding means we can't blame anyone else when it's hard.
So we ask everyone what they think.
Not because we need answers.
But because we need permission.
We want someone else to tell us it's okay.
We’re making the right call
But here's the truth:
No one else can make this decision for us.
No one else knows what you're capable of.
No one else feels what we feel.
No one else has to live with the choice.
We do.
So own it.
Stop asking.
Stop waiting.
Stop hiding behind everyone else's advice.
Listen to yourself, make a decision for the solution you already, and if needed ask educated & trusted OTHERS for support or guidance to execute
