Still buzzing from our Hard n Up Workshop at CrossFit D Day 🙌
What a crew. From the moment we walked in, you could feel it, belonging, energy, openness, and a genuine willingness to learn. We worked through mindset, pressure, discomfort, mental toughness, resilience and antigravity.… and came out the other side stronger, sharper, and more connected.
Massive appreciation and Aroha to everyone who showed up and got involved — and a big thank you to the team at CrossFit D Day for creating such an epic, welcoming environment. You made us feel like part of the family from the get-go.

The Void and the Value
This is the problem with new-age positivity. You can think positive thoughts all day long. But people fail to realise that every positive thought holds a negative seed.
This is also how Values are created, in a void ( Unresolved judgements )
This is why almost every great success comes after great failure. If you want to be happier, you need to expose yourself to more negative experiences that allow you to create the positive ones. You can think your way to a positive future, but the image of that future is forged through an equal and often more painful past.
Without a negative experience as an anchor, you have nothing meaningful to move

Spent the weekend immersed in Thrive Under Pressure: Next Level with Evolution Performance × LSKD — and it delivered exactly what it promised.
We facilitated real-time exposure to pressure, discomfort, and the edge of the attendees capacities.
From everyday people, some first responders, future Olympian / world ranked gymnast, to World ranked Iron man.
From breathwork and mindset training to physical challenges, ice baths, and recovery every element was designed to build resilience where it actually counts: under load, under stress, in the moments that matter.
Massive respect to Dan, for creating an environment that forces growth rather than talks about it.
He’s a pioneer in the industry and it was a privilege to be asked to take part in facilitating his workshop with him.
Truly grateful.
Big shout out to CrossFit D-Day for providing a world class environment and to the LSKD team for sponsoring the weekend

Can’t concentrate at work?
Start by setting a timer for 15 minutes of pure focus on a high-priority task, no distractions.
Add Baroque music, pan flutes, BBC Radio One with Pete Tong, Binaural beats, anything to enhance the focus feeling
After a few days, increase that time to 16 minutes, then 20, then 30. Like building a muscle. You won't be able to focus for a metaphorical 180kg bench press on your first try.
