The Compound Effect.

Any great thing I have achieved is a direct bi product of the compound effect
It’s essentially the idea that small, consistent actions, done over time, lead to big results.
Think of it like this:
If you do a little bit every day—like saving $1, exercising for 10 minutes, or reading a few pages—it might not seem like much at first. But if you keep doing it day after day, those small efforts add up and create big changes over time.
On the other hand, doing nothing—or only making one big effort now and then—doesn’t build momentum or lasting results.

Simple example
If you read 10 pages a day = 3,650 pages in a year (around 12–15 books!)
If you Save $5 a day that = $1,825 in a year
If you walk or run 400m a day for a year that’s 146 kilometers in a year.
That’s running over 3 marathons (since a marathon is 42.195 km)!
The key is consistency. Small steps, done often, are more powerful than big steps done rarely.

{ One More Semester }

And I’m half way through a Degree in Behavioural Science.
And being Back into Uni this week I’m reminded as to why I decided to come back, 20 years later 🤷🏾‍♂️

I learnt The difference between where we are today and where we will be in five years from now will be found in the quality of books we’ve read,
and shaped by the knowledge we consume today.

Study is like quiet mentors molding our thoughts, habits, and destiny.
So ask yourself...
_ What are you feeding your mind?
Because five years from now, it will show.

Deadset if I can do it at 46 years of age, then literally ANYONE can.
I’ve gone from the problematic di****ad in the back of the class, to the middle age man man, right up the front as you can see from this pic.

Being more intelligent makes you more valuable to the market, to our families, our important people, in conversation, and through impact.
I hope this post strikes a chord.
It’s not too late to change direction

A huge congratulations to Piper for an outstanding performance at her recent competition! 🥈 She brought home silver in the Under 21 weight division and another silver in the Senior Female Team event — a testament to her grit, growth, and high-level mindset.

Though she narrowly missed the podium in her Senior weight and Open divisions, Piper’s resilience and self-belief shone through. Her reflection — “I’m proud of how I did anyway” — shows the powerful mindset she’s developed, and we couldn’t be more proud to be part of her journey. 💯
